Welcome to Nocona Coffee Roasters, LLC! By accessing and using our website, services, and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Nocona Coffee Roasters, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates both an online store and a physical retail location at 312 W. Oak St, Nocona, Texas. We sell coffee and related products nationwide within the United States.
2. Orders & Payments
- We accept credit card payments via Square.
- All orders placed through our website will be processed and shipped on the next business day (if received by 3:00 PM CST).
- If you need to cancel an order, you must do so before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via USPS Ground Advantage Business Commercial Class.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to USPS.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns on any coffee products due to food safety concerns.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged product. We will offer an exchange for the same item.
- We reserve the right to deny any exchange request if it falls outside the stated time frame or lacks sufficient evidence.
5. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to our coffee delivery service, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account.
Changes to subscriptions must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.

7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions or personal sensitivities to our products.
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or improper storage of our coffee.
